Hovbilt's Jackson Valley Comes Before the Planning Board
Hovbilt's proposed age-restricted, 965-unit communtity tentatively called Jackson Valley began its Planning Board hearings last week.
As reported in the Tri-Town News, the project is being developed on 650 acres of property off Perrineville Road, West Veterans Highway and Prospertown Road. The site will also have access into Collier's Mills Wildlife Preserve, a NJ State protected wildlife property with more than 12,000 acres of protected land that is overseen by the NJ Division of Fish And Wildlife
The Hovbilt project has plans for four sections to be built to include single family homes, quad and duplex homes and condominums.
